Carmichael Henderson Pty Ltd treats every enquiry as commercially sensitive. This page explains what we collect on this website and how it is used.
What we collect
The private consultation form asks for the kind of business you are in, where the firm is based, the monthly qualified-enquiry volume your desk can honour, who you want to speak to, where those buyers are, what makes an enquiry qualified, an optional qualification note, optional hard rejects, optional contact preferences, your name, firm name, email, and phone. A confidentiality acknowledgement is required before submit.
How it is used
Enquiries are sent to craig@hendersongroup.com.au so an account principal can assess fit and reply. We do not sell, rent, or pool enquiry data. We do not use submissions as public case studies.
Where it is stored
- Your browser may keep in-progress answers in local storage until you submit or discard them.
- On submit, the enquiry is emailed to Carmichael Henderson. If the email relay cannot be confirmed, your device may open a direct email draft to the same address so the request is not lost.
- This static site does not run a Carmichael Henderson database or analytics pixel.
Third parties
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Form delivery may use FormSubmit to forward the message to our mailbox. Those providers process the minimum data needed to render type or deliver email.
